Russian Stacking Doll The Sons of Orhpeus Russian Stacking Doll

Grayson Hirst of the UA Music Department started the Sons of Orpheus in 1991. The repertoire of this community male chorus ranges from Gregorian chants to Sea Shantys, with opera in between. In the spirit of the Alexandrov's Red Army Ensembles and the Yale Russian Chorus, they have "learned" yet another language in presenting the rousing popular folk songs of Russia. Grayson Hirst
